Accessibility

As the global leader in Customer Experience Automation, we believe creating an incredible customer experience means creating experiences that are accessible for everyone, including the more than one billion people with disabilities.

At ActiveCampaign, our personalized, automation-first approach has evolved into a journey towards developing products and services that are accessible by design.

If you encounter any difficulties with accessing our products and services or notice any content, functionality, or feature you feel is not fully accessible, we encourage you to let us know. We take your feedback seriously, always appreciate your suggestions, and will consider it as we improve ways to deliver inclusive products and experiences for all of our customers.

Color contrast

Using color combinations that have adequate contrast benefits everyone and ensures readability. Camp Design System components are built with color contrast top of mind in order to create an accessible experience. But designers still need to exercise diligence to ensure you’re creating a fully accessible experience.

A contrast ratio of 4.5:1 or higher is preferred for text and UI elements, but 3:1 can be used for larger text, such as titles. Camp strives to meet WCAG AA standards for text (considered small text by WCAG - under 14pt or approximately 18px).
